Introduction: How we treat and talk to others determines how they will treat us.

I. Gentleness – V.7

II. Strengthen – 1 Thes. 3:3
Like weight training. Eating Right!
A. Faith – V. 10
B. Mind – 1 Peter 5:10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.
C. Soul

III. Comfort – V. 3
A. Encourage
B. 2 Cor. 1:4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.
C. Scriptures - Rom. 15:4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
D. Exhort – 1 Thes. 5:11- 15
E. Compassion

IV. Love – V. 12
A. Increase your dosage every day!
B. Gal. 5:14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
C. Pray for it!
D. Abound in it!
