Text: Psalms 119:105 “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.”

I. Realize That The Bible Is The Word Of God
A. Settled In Heaven
B. Psalms 119:89 “For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.
C. 2 Tim. 3:16,17 “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”

II. Realize That The Bible Is For Us… Not Against Us
A. To Help Us
B. To Guide Us
C. To Make Us Complete

III. Realize That The Bible Is Wisdom and Knowledge
A. Wisdom Is Seeing Through God’s Eyes
B. Wisdom Comes Only From Understanding The Bible
C. Col. 3:16 “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.”

IV. Realize That The Bible Is Our Gift
A. God Has Written It For Us
B. God Has Preserved It For Us
C. God Has The Original

2 Tim. 2:15 says to “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”

Are you going to be ashamed! Can you rightly divide the Bible? If NOT you need to dedicate yourselves to study more.
